Sharing things that bring me joy with all of you lovelies. I'm a trainer. I'm one of those lucky people who decided that if you hate what you do for a living, you should stop doing it and go find something you're passionate about. Best advice I ever took. Enjoy the world, people. Make it yours, make it good, make it matter. Be a better human. That's what I'm trying to do. It's a pretty awesome gig.
Diagnosed with ITBS. Which stands for Iliotibial Band Syndrome but I call it IT BULLSHIT.
samesies! last june, went to get it checked out. actually ITBS on one side, severe IT tendinitis on the other. went to physical therapy 2x/week for 6 weeks. did all my homework. ”graduated” from PT and ran a 10-day multi-distance race in mid-august. PT is so worth it.

"Please know I’m yours to keep."
one of my all time faves
There is more and more I tell no one,
strangers nor loves.
This slips into the heart
without hurry, as if it had never been.
And yet, among the trees, something has changed.
Something looks back from the trees,
and knows me for who I am.
